Program Description

At Kinitro Youth Performance, we help young athletes develop the skills needed to excel in their sport while fostering confidence and resilience. Our Youth Performance Training program is built to enhance athletic ability through age-appropriate, structured workouts focused on strength, speed, agility, quickness, and injury prevention.


With small training groups led by expert coaches, each session incorporates functional strength training, explosive movement drills, and coordination exercises to help athletes move efficiently and powerfully. Whether your child is a beginner or a competitive athlete, our program develops key performance skills that translate to any sport, from soccer and basketball to football, track and beyond.
